This was my first time ordering from Jessica's German Doner, and I must say the food received was delicious 😋 would definitely return for seconds.

Food isn't great, burger tastes awful like a frozen burger from the shops. Also did not get any salad on the burger which I asked for. Pizza that I picked 3 toppings for only came with 1. Also had a portion of chips missing. Very disappointing.

Order never arrived. Apparently shop was closed but they accepted the order and after 90 minutes no update. An absolute shambles of a shop avoid

Food was great as usual. The only complaint I have is I ordered a double chicken burger and was only sent a single, this has happened the past few times I've ordered.

The dips are way too watery, you can't even taste them

If a could give zero stars I would, over 2 hours wait for dinner ended up cancelling it, when you phone all you get for an answer is it’ll be 15mins, but never did. That was my first and last time using this place…….. Then I read other reviews on them and glad I didn’t get my dinner

Really sad to say that tonight’s meal was awful. Waited two hours. Phoned after an hour wait to be told it would be there in five minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and phoned back ‘he’s outside’. Well he wasn’t. Another 15 minutes later food arrives and it’s stone cold. They did say that I was to phone back and they would send another if it was cold but no way we would wait another two hours for food. Really sad to say as never had a bad experience here. We ordered directly from restaurant too and I wish we hadn’t. At least with JustEat we could have had a refund. So disappointed and won’t be back.
